All merchandise is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand fulfilment partners.

This allows us to reduce waste and create products specifically for each customer.

ReturnsIf your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:Incorrect size selected by the customer.

Change of mind.

Orders placed in error.

Please ensure you check all product details, sizes and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product and any packaging (where applicable).

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Do not return any items without contacting us first, as return instructions and return addresses vary depending on our fulfilment partners.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
